Janette Reynolds
Janette is primarily a self taught artist living in the UK. Following retirement from a career spanning 37 years in the NHS working as a nurse and manager Janette now dedicates much of her time to developing her artwork. Drawing has been a lifelong hobby and she ventured into painting using mainly watercolour for many years until other mediums including oil, acrylic and pastel were introduced to her work.
Having dedicated time for increasing knowledge and skills has been a great focus and airbrushing is a recent addition to the techniques Janette uses to create detailed and realistic pieces of art featuring a wide variety of subject matter.
Janette has always had a passion for teaching and has particularly enjoyed teaching and mentoring students individually. She also teaches workshops and demonstrates the use of various mediums at art fairs and festivals collaborating companies such as Unison Colour and Pebeo.
